Registration YMCA Afterschool Registration
To ensure the safety of your child in our after school programs, each location has an enrollment capacity that is determined by State Licensing Regulations and maintains a staff to child ratio of 1:15. Therefore, early registration is strongly recommended.
Enrollment is taken on a first come, first served basis and does not “roll over” from the previous school year.
Via Mail/Fax
1.Download the after school programs Enrollment Packet (PDF).
2.Read the School Age Services Parent Handbook.
3.Complete and return the after school programs Enrollment Packet with payment via mail or fax by the Wednesday before the week that your child will begin the program. Payment of registration fee plus one week enrollment must be mailed. If registering via fax, a credit card authorization form should be faxed along with your enrollment documents.

Complete the after school care enrollment packet and bring it to the branch of your choice with your registration fee plus one week enrollment no later than the Wednesday before the week that your child will begin the program. Affordable Care & Financial Assistance
While we try to make our after school program affordable for everyone, we understand that cost may be a barrier for some families and offer financial assistance if that is the case. If you know of a family that’s unable to afford but needs after school care, please contact Business Services.
