The Oak Cliff YMCA hosts a broad range of fitness programs for people of all ages and abilities. From pre-schoolers to teenagers to senior citizens, we offer group exercise classes as well as one on one and small group training with certified YMCA trainers.
Designed to familirize member with the fitness equipment and to maximize the benefits of using the equipment properly.
Designed to determine your fitness level in fitness in five basic areas. Flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardio respiratory endurance and body composition. Comfortable workout clothes should be worn. We strongly encourage you to have a medical examination before beginning any fitness/excercise program.

Program Fitness Program (PFP)
a structured 12 week exercise program that comes with your YMCA membership at no additional cost. The PFP program is designed to teach you how to use the exercise machines properly and keep you committed to your workout program. During this 12 week program your personal fitness program counselor will work with you one on one to help you create fitness goals and gain control of your fitness program.
