Group Exercise: The T. Boone Pickens YMCA Group Exercise Program offers a wide variety of classes for all interest including Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Step, Power Hour (weights class), Pilates, Abs, Zumba and more. Personal Training: Personal trainings are one-on-one workout sessions with a certified trainer that has designed a customized plan to help you reach your fitness goals. The benefits of having a personal trainer include but are not limited to the following:

Stroller Boot Camp at the Klyde Warren Park
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00 - 10:45 am
This is a class designed for moms who have little ones in strollers to participate in a boot camp in the beautiful new Klyde Warren Park. Please bring a mat and water bottle.
Classes will be moved to the T. Boone Pickens YMCA in downtown Dallas if temperatures are below 50 or above 85, raining or inclement weather.
The class is $60 for a 6-week session.
Texas Swing Out! A 6 week coordinated dance class that can be taken without a partner. You will learn basic steps and burn tons of calories at the same time! You will see your legs, abs and entire body tone up after just a couple of weeks!
The next session is May 18 - June 22 from 3:30 to 5:00pm. The cost is $20 for YMCA members and $40 for Activity members. Click here for a registration form.
Group Personal Fitness Program (PFP): A free 6-week program for the individual who has difficulty committing to a fitness program. PFP helps you learn how to use exercise machines properly and safely, and how to eliminate any barriers you may have that may keep you from living a healthier lifestyle. This program is designed to help you stay motivated, informed and find success in your daily workouts.

The YMCA 60 Day This is a 60 day challenge that will focus on your own personal fitness and nutrition goals. This challenge will be a combination of cardio, strength, stretching and nutrition. The Challenge - whoever succeeds in losing the most total percentage of body fat wins a REALLY GREAT PRIZE! The class will be led by Shelli Cheyney, certified personal trainer.

MobileFit: Here at our Y, we want to make sure that you have a clear road map on what you need to do to achieve your personalized health and wellness goals. We understand that life is confusing enough, so your workouts shouldn't be. That's why we have MobileFit. MobileFit is your virtual wellness coach that will provide a customized workout plan that is waiting for you every single day. It adjusts to you and will keep you on track to help you reach your goals. Regardless if you want to tone up, increase your energy levels, or maybe run the next marathon, MobileFit will create a customized plan for you to follow. And you will be connected to one of our wellness coaches who will be there to answer questions and to help you along the way.
