YPersonal Fitness is specially designed to reintroduce fitness to people who haven't exercised in a while, encourage those who haven't yet been successful sticking to a program, and assist people who are recovering from illness or injury.

During this 6 week program, you will receive coaching as you learn healthier habits in a group setting.
Personal tracking... Our easy-to-use computer system remembers your routine and programs an entire line-up of fitness equipment automatically, mapping your workouts and charting your progress.
Personalized schedule... First thing in the morning, over lunch or after the kids are in bed. Just work out three or four times each week, whenever it fits your schedule.
After six weeks, you'll have a program that challenges you and suits your goals and level of fitness.
Although the program lasts six weeks, our commitment to your health lasts a lifetime. YPersonal Fitness will teach you the skills you need to create a safe and effective exercise routine. It's the first step in achieving your personal fitness goals.
YPersonal Fitness is available to YMCA members at no additional charge. Along with our other classes and programs, YPersonal Fitness is part of the YMCA's ongoing commitment to building healthy spirits, minds and bodies for all.
