Personal training is one of the most effective ways to workout. If you have specific goals and want a program designed specifically for you, one of the YMCA personal trainers can help you achieve your goals. All Waxahachie YMCA Personal Trainers are certified.

Private Personal Training

Private training is available in 30 minute or 60 minute sessions and is one-on-one between you and your trainer.

• 1   Session   (60 min) - $40.00

• 6   Sessions (60 min) - $210.00

• 10 Sessions (60 min) - $300.00


Double-Up Personal Training

Double-Up Training is available in 60 minute sessions and allows you to train with a buddy. Split the cost with a friend and start seeing results together!

• 1   Session   (60 min) - $20.00/per person

• 6   Sessions  (60 min) - $105.00/per person

• 10 Sessions  (60 min) - $150.00/per person


Group Personal Training

Group Training is available in 60 minute sessions and allows you to work with a personal trainer in groups of 3 or 4. Split the cost with friends and stay motivated while achieving your fitness goals.

•1 Session    (60 min) - $40.00*

•6 Sessions   (60 min) - $210.00*

•10 Sessions  (60 min) - $300.00*

*Session Cost may be split among group
