The YMCA is committed to providing services to any person who desires to participate and understands the benefits of the YMCA, regardless of ability to pay.
Those not able to pay program or membership fees may be awarded financial assistance based on individual need and the ability of the YMCA to fund the subsidy.
Financial assistance is reserved for those who bring in a income of $30k or below annually. In addition to the completed financial assistance application the following documents will need to be verified if applicable:
- Current Income Tax Return (1040)
- Income documentation for all working adults in the household (2 recent paycheck stub, or employer letter)
- Verification of any other income received (ie. unemployment, food stamps, social security, child support, etc.)
- A letter from you explaining why financial assistance is needed and how it will benefit yourself/family
Print and complete one of the Financial Assistance Forms below and bring it to the Membership Desk of a YMCA near you.
