I have studied many martial arts trainings which includes Ninjitsu, Tae Kwoon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Qigiong, and Tai Chi. L ove to incorporate martial arts training, mainly Tai Chi, in my training sessions.

My mission is to help others by passing on my years of fitness and martial arts training through a balanced melding of eastern and western philosophy’s health and wellness.
