RECIPE: Homemade Guacamole

Whether it's chunky or creamy, a good cup of guacamole makes snacking fun! Try this homemade guacamole recipe

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbs Lime Juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  1. Peel and mash avocados in a medium bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine flavors.
  3. Store in Refrigerator with the avocado pit in the bowl to help prevent browning. Remove pit and serve after 30 minutes.
