RECIPE: Homemade Guacamole
Whether it's chunky or creamy, a good cup of guacamole makes snacking fun! Try this homemade guacamole recipe
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ small onion, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Tomato, chopped
- 1 Tbs Lime Juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel and mash avocados in a medium bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine flavors.
- Store in Refrigerator with the avocado pit in the bowl to help prevent browning. Remove pit and serve after 30 minutes.
