Looking for a fun and interactive way to involve the whole family in meal preparation? Try making homemade pizza pockets! This kid-friendly recipe is delicious and allows everyone to get creative with their toppings. Here's how to make them:  Ingredients:  - 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough  - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Sustainable Vegetable Stir-Fry with Tofu  Ingredients:  1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed  2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari  2 tablespoons sesame oil  2 cloves garlic, minced  1 tablespoon grated ginger  1 onion, sliced  2 carrots, sliced  1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
