  • Medical Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) - The YMCA provides two comprehensive medical plan offerings for full time employees (40 hrs./week). 

  • Individual & Family Y Membership - New Employees receive a free individual membership and upon completion of required trainings will receive a free family membership.

  • Tuition Reimbursement - The YMCA offers opportunities for tuition assistance for current active employees who are seeking their undergraduate degree and have met certain criteria.
