FIT FOR HEALTH

The Families Improving Together (FIT) for Health program is a FREE program that builds family habits for nutrition and physical activity that may reduce the risk of burdensome chronic diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. For 11 weeks, FIT incorporates additional programming elements designed to improve family dynamics through positive parenting techniques that motivates the youth to take ownership of their health by making healthier nutritional choices and increasing physical activity.
