Introducing The YMCA's Weight Loss Program! The newest program of the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is designed to help you develop a healthier lifestyle over the course of 12 weeks, so you’re not just losing weight temporarily, but making a lasting change.
The YMCA's Weight Loss Program is supported by a team of trained lifestyle coaches who will help you gain insights into making the healthy choice an easy choice. The program focuses on learning simple nutrition and physical activity habits along with understanding the motivations, obstacles, and pitfalls that make losing weight (and keeping it off) challenging.

This program includes:
• 12 weekly, one-hour sessions
• Group support and accountability
• Ongoing access to Y wellness and lifestyle coaches
Each weekly, one-hour session is facilitated by a trained lifestyle coach who will guide your small group's learning and discussions.
Qualifications to be a part of the YMCA's Weight Loss Program:
• Must be a current member of one of the participating Dallas YMCA branches
• Ages 18 and older
- $89 for adults 18 and older
Classes Starting (12 weekly, one-hour sessions)
Thursdays at 6pm with Robin. (begins March 23)
Mondays at 6pm (begins February 20)
Thursdays at 6pm (begins February 2)
