Group Exercise Classes
Included in your YMCA membership are more than 50 land and water group exercise classes that you can participate in each week. Classes range from high-energy workouts like Step, Indoor Cycling, and Strength Training with Les Mills BODYPUMP™ or R.I.P.P.E.D. (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance); to dance classes that’ll keep you movin’ and groovin’, like Zumba, Line Dancing, or Hip Hop with U-Jam; all the way to Yoga for health, fitness and relaxation. Water aerobics and joint conditioning are among the popular aquatic classes offered in our indoor pool.
Also included in the weekly schedule are classes designed just for the BEGINNER exerciser, as well as classes suitable for the whole family.
No matter your age or fitness level, we offer a wide variety of options to make fitness FUN! Come spend some quality time with friends and family while getting fit!

Let one of our trainers help you stick with a consistent exercise program so that you will get the results you desire. Our trainers are nationally certified with many years of experience. Let them teach you exercise and basic nutrition principles to help you lead a healthier lifestyle!
Active Older Adults: In most cases, older adults are seeking more than physical benefits when they begin exercising. They also want a sense of community and have a desire to strengthen social ties. In response to this need, the YMCA has developed several activities to encourage and motivate older adults to take action and get involved.
