MOMS if you have pre-teen girls, please take a minute!

Diana Fulton, our Wellness Director, mom and trainer extraordinaire, has created a 6-week program that is designed and targeted to pre-teen girls 10-13 to increase self-confidence through fitness through fitness and discussion topics that matter.

Each one-hour session starts with a fun workout followed by a short discussion on being girlSTRONG. These girls are facing some really strong social headwinds and we need give them all the tools and support we can. Some of these things we as moms did not experience at their age. Social media and all forms of questionable content is thrown at them daily and they are left to base their self-worth on what they see and hear rather than being confident in who they are a person. Diana believes so strongly that these girls need a safe place to get that self-confidence and develop healthy habits she created this program. Your daughter will be changed for life through this program.

Sessions are on Sundays from 1:30pm to 2:30pmstarting the first Sunday after Labor Day weekend.

PHYSICAL FITNESS PORTION

Session 1,2,3 - Diana teaching the girls how to use free weights and do barbell lifts.

Session 4 – group exercise instructor teaching BODYPUMP (a barbell class).
