Helping You Raise The Bar

Personal training provides you with one-on-one guidance and direction with a nationally certified personal trainer. Appointments are scheduled individually with our trainers.


Whether you are trying to start or stick with a fitness program; need help with nutrition, stress management or self-esteem; or have concerns about childhood obesity, we have a package to fit your needs!

Personal Training Options:

60 Minute Intro Package: new PT clients only, limit 1 package, 3 sessions

Individual Training: 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions

Partner Training: Two people, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions

Group Training: Three to Eight people using equipment under the supervision of a certified PT tailored specifically to the goals and needs of the group, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
