Beth Jackson

Beth Jackson has been a Personal Trainer with the YMCA since 1992. Her goal has always been to share her knowledge and empower her clients to be the best they can be.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Beth has worked in all areas of fitness including strength, flexibility, balance, pre op and post op surgery, core stability, and basic nutrition. She knows that no two people are exactly alike, and this is what makes her profession exciting, challenging, and very rewarding.

Since making fitness a part of her life 30 years ago, she has come to realize that the best years are those in which you take care of yourself. She believes that fitness is the gateway to a functioning, healthy, and happy life.

Diana Fulton

Diana Fulton is passionate about helping others reach their personal fitness goals. She helps clients who want to win races, lose pounds, or simply improve flexibility and range of motion.

Diana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Her education and training enable her to use a wide variety of scientifically sound strength and fitness models to keep workouts challenging and interesting.

“Whether through strength training, cardio, HIIT, agility, form and mechanics, or plyometrics, I design workouts to match each of my client’s abilities and goals,” says Diana.

Dimitrius Glenn

Dimitrius Glenn is a highly experienced Fitness/Sports Coach, certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness.

“As a Fitness and Movement Coach, I offer education about strength and cardio training, functional movement, speed, agility, mobility, self-confidence and open and honest communication,” says Dimitrius. He also offers counsel on basic nutrition, reaching individual goals, self-accountability and ways to help track the individual’s progress.

In addition to personal training, Dimitrius has conducted various group training initiatives ranging from boot camps and sports camps to fitness classes at local churches, as well as his number one passion – working with the youth at the Dallas Youth Village Boy’s Juvenile Detention Center through his Fitness Mentoring Program.

Dimitrius uses his expertise to help a huge spectrum of health seekers who suffer from various ailments: frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, rotator cuff issues, total hip and knee replacements, knee ligament and tendon complications, sciatica, Achilles injuries, post mastectomy surgery, obesity, and high blood pressure – as well as those who just want to gain greater knowledge and health through his personal training programs.

Jennifer Bass

Jennifer Bass is a Certified Personal Trainer who listens and easily relates to each individual’s health and fitness goals. With her military background, she has the ability to motivate and show people that their goals are reachable.

Jennifer’s training techniques include routines that build strength and endurance, while losing weight and toning your body.

“I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals with different goals. This is why I chose the Y. It allows me to work with individuals from age 8 to 92,” says Jennifer. “The experience and atmosphere here at the Y is enjoyable, but seeing my clients reach their goals is the most rewarding feeling.”

On a typical Saturday you’re likely to find Jennifer in the gym working on her own goals, or spending time with her husband and kids playing a sport.

Jill Schatz

Jill Schatz is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. As a fitness coach, Jill believes in a program based on core stability, flexibility, functional strength, and a positive attitude.

“I believe that all people can become physically fit,” says Jill. “You simply have to find the place in fitness that ignites your passion, and use it to help you achieve your goals.”

Jill uses her knowledge and happy outlook to help her clients become more comfortable with fitness as a whole. She works with clients that have many varying goals, and from all different levels of strength and ability. Fitness is a challenge to be met, and Jill looks forward to meeting anyone out there who is interested in taking their fitness routine to the next level.

Lindsay Wasserman

Lindsay Wasserman is an experienced Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America with continued education in Fitness Nutrition through the American Council on Exercise.

As a personal trainer, Lindsay provides customized workouts that tailor to an individual’s abilities, style and goals. As a group trainer, she offers a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that helps improve endurance, strength, agility and stability.

Lindsay also offers coaching on nutrition, providing factual information on the affects foods have on the body and how to properly read a nutrition label. She uses her experience and expertise to help others gain confidence, strength and an overall long-term healthier lifestyle.

“I’m passionate about helping my clients create an all-around lifestyle change through fitness and nutrition to better the mind, body and spirit,” says Lindsay.

Lori Abbott

Lori Abbott is a highly experienced trainer providing over 19 years of expertise. She is certified through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and the National Council of Strength and Fitness.

If you have weight loss goals, if you are training for an athletic event, if you are rehabbing an injury, or if you just want to maintain good overall strength and health, Lori is your ideal motivating coach and cheerleader.

“My workouts are never boring, they never repeat, and most of all – they are fun! Let me help you transform your body, your mind, and your life,” says Lori.

Lori works with high school and college athletes, Parkinson’s patients, Dementia sufferers and cancer warriors. Currently, her clients range in age from 7 to 92 years old. She is also an expert in aquatic fitness and sports injury rehab in the pool.

“When I’m not busy training, I can be found surrounded by great friends, travelling to see my three kids at college, or just hanging out with my rescued Pyrenees, Malakai,” she says.

Marilyn King

Marilyn King has been an instructor at the YMCA since 1998. She received the 2014 Larry Parks YMCA Service Award for her commitment, dedication and service to the greater Rockwall community through YMCA programs. She is a Nutritional Consultant with 18 years of proven achievement in the weight loss industry.

Marilyn’s message emphasizes the danger that the lack of nutritional wellness and physical activity has on each of us. Her purpose is to educate and influence people to take responsibility for their personal health and wellness.

Meredith Jowers

Meredith Jowers has been training for almost 13 years and instructing different types of classes for about 5 years. As a wife and mother of three boys, living an active lifestyle is very important to her. Her desire is to successfully help the community of Rockwall to become healthier, happier, and more active on both land and in the water.

Meredith’s experience includes personal training on land and in the water,
Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Les Mills BodyStep, Water Aerobics, Aqua Stretch and Cycle. She enjoys seeing her clients succeed in their fitness/weight loss goals as well as seeing them accomplish goals they didn’t know they had!

Rosanna Faulkenberry

Rosanna Faulkenberry is a Certified Personal Trainer whose goal is to get clients physically healthier while helping them achieve more endurance. She is committed to helping clients meet their fitness goals using functional movement, high intensity training, sports related exercises, muscle building and corrective exercises. She encourages clients to push past their perceived limits. She trains people of various ages and physical abilities, and enjoys instructing a diversity of classes including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Core, Yoga and Boomerfit.

“I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle,” says Rosanna. “Exercise makes you feel good – not just physically, but emotionally, too.”

Rosanna believes that good health is not just about the exercise we do in the gym. It’s also about how active we are the rest of the day. She believes the foods we eat determine our health. “The healthier we eat, the healthier we live,” she says.
