Did you know that YMCA is now offering PE class for ages 5-12 yr old?

Sign up! Classes on Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays for 45 minutes of fun and interactive classes. The classes run 2-4 times a week at only $9 a class.

The Movement and Sports Ready class is a great way to help children get ready for sports by building a solid foundation. The class will focus on dynamic stretching, foam rolling, speed, agility, and hand - eye coordination.

Weightlifting 101 class will help young adolescents learn to lift safely using proper form to prevent injury. We also work on learning how to do bounding and plyometrics properly.
