Sean Parchem

Sean has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for the YMCA for the last 20 years. Sean spent 14 years at the Y in San Antonio, and the last 8 years in Dallas. He teaches group cycling and boot camp classes. Sean is married with two children; his hobbies include photography and traveling.

Rachel Flowers

Rachel is an NASM certified personal trainer who believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and find health. She is a life-long learner who continues to grow her expertise. Rachel has a drive and a passion for helping others.

Collin McCormick

Collin is a graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Exercise Science and Education. He was inducted into the Hardin-Simmons Hall of Fame in 2009 for Football.

Dale Kuehne

Dale’s road to fitness started in 1985 when a 12-year-old at his gym asked for help with an arm exercise. Dale instantly fell in love with helping people become the best they can be, and by high school he was writing exercise programs for his classmates. Throughout his schooling, certifications, and even today, Dale strives to continue learning new things to better help people reach their fitness goals.

Specialties: Senior fitness, golf fitness, osteoporosis prevention.

Personal Trainer Derrick
Derrick Lee

Derrick loves helping people. He is also a licensed Vocational Nurse/Psych Tech and works at the County Hospital, interacting with people all day. Derrick loves helping people break through the barriers they are going through.

Janice Moore

Janice has a lifelong passion for fitness and has been an avid runner for over 30 years, competing in cross country and road races over every distance from 5k to marathon. She was born and raised in Scotland and moved to the U.S. in 2004. She is married and has a 12-year-old daughter who is a competitive cheerleader. She loves to work with a diverse range of clients from age 8 to 80! She loves to encourage her clients to reach their personal fitness goals and enjoy the benefit of a healthy lifestyle.

Personal Trainer Kayla Brown
Kayla Brown

Kayla is a graduate of DBU with a passion for health and wellness. Receiving both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sports performance, Kayla has worked with collegiate athletes, older adults, and everything in between. With a background in gymnastics and athletics, she is dedicated to helping others reach their goals by making exercise a part of everyday life.
