Sean has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for the YMCA for the last 20 years. Sean spent 14 years at the Y in San Antonio, and the last 8 years in Dallas. He teaches group cycling and boot camp classes. Sean is married with two children; his hobbies include photography and traveling.

Dale Kuehne

Dale’s road to fitness started in 1985 when a 12-year-old at his gym asked for help with an arm exercise. Dale instantly fell in love with helping people become the best they can be, and by high school he was writing exercise programs for his classmates. Throughout his schooling, certifications, and even today, Dale strives to continue learning new things to better help people reach their fitness goals.

Janice Moore

Janice has a lifelong passion for fitness and has been an avid runner for over 30 years, competing in cross country and road races over every distance from 5k to marathon. She was born and raised in Scotland and moved to the U.S. in 2004. She is married and has a 12-year-old daughter who is a competitive cheerleader. She loves to work with a diverse range of clients from age 8 to 80! She loves to encourage her clients to reach their personal fitness goals and enjoy the benefit of a healthy lifestyle.

Kayla Brown

Kayla is a graduate of DBU with a passion for health and wellness. Receiving both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Sports performance, Kayla has worked with collegiate athletes, older adults, and everything in between. With a background in gymnastics and athletics, she is dedicated to helping others reach their goals by making exercise a part of everyday life.

Charlie Garcia



Charlie is a NASM certified personal trainer with an additional NASM certification in nutrition as well as a degree in exercise science from Hendrix College. He finds his soul in fitness, his heart in exercise, his passion in helping others use each goal as a stepping stone to the next.


Specialties: Beginners, helping them gain prowess and confidence to propel them to the next level. Skilled athletes of all ages, using his experience as a team player of volleyball, basketball and track to develop workouts they might not have even considered. And all those clients somewhere in-between who need direction, giving them that extra nudge to help them believe in themselves. Charlie also has a special affinity for strength and conditioning training.

She also enjoys training older active adults and teaching seniors classes. Stephanie loves to work out and eat out and then relax with a good book at the end of the day.
