The YMCA Swim Lesson Curriculum is a core group of aquatic skills every person needs to be safe around water. As the foundation of our program, these skills allow students to learn correct swim stroke techniques. Students begin with and build upon skills they are ready to learn, helping them to celebrate their successes, build self-confidence, and enjoy learning to swim and water safety.

Water Fitness Classes
These classes combine aerobics with muscles strengthening using some equipment in the water to give the resistance that is needed to give a complete and full body workout. Knowing how to swim is not required to participate in this class. See the schedule for class days and times.

Lunch and Splash
Come and join us for our free lunch and splash!! That's right, free lunch and swimming in our pool. Every Monday-Friday from 12:00-1:00 p.m., as long as the weather permits. Don't miss out!
Member: $40 per session
Non Member: $65 per session
Teens and Adult Swim Lesson Description:
These lessons teach the basic fundamentals of flotation and introduces swimming. They will help you overcome the uneasiness sometimes felt by adults learning to swim and emphasize front crawl and elementary backstroke.
