Group Exercise: We offer more than 20 free classes per week that engage our members to make exercise more fun and builds accountability within a small community. Kick Start: Kick Start is an opportunity to become comfortable in your YMCA by meeting with a wellness coach to assess your goals and needs and support your path to a healthy lifestyle. This is for existing and new members.
