COVID-19 VACCINATIONS AT THE PLANO FAMILY YMCA
Tuesday, September 14th • 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

We are partnering with The COVID Strike Team, a mobile outreach unit from Collin County Health Care Services, to provide Pfizer vaccinations onsite for those 12 yrs+.

COVID-19 Vaccines by appointment only, or walk-in based on availability. Reserve your time slot by Friday, Sept. 10th.
