Craig Frantz has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.  He works with clients for sports conditioning, weight loss, functional or traditional training, core conditioning or body sculpting.  He is also certified as a medical exercise specialist.  Craig will help bridge the gap between health care and physical fitness.  If you have "issues with your tissues" or you want to shed a few pounds or tone up, see Craig!

Maiah Holbrook believes success lies in the habits you create. She grew up very active,
competing in dance and track and field. No matter what sport she played, her father had a special summer routine that started when she was eight years old. Everyday, at 6am she woke to run a mile. This 11-year ritual taught her not to let small things get in the way of her goals. After multiple injuries, Maiah had to revamp her fitness routine to stay fit. To expand her knowledge she started training that focused on low impact, high intensity exercises. She has experience in group exercise, teaching dance and is a certified Lagree Fitness Instructor. With her background in Nutrition, Maiah knows wellness is achieved through a balance of healthy eating and exercise. Her goals is to help YMCA members transform their lifestyles to become the best versions of themselves.

Frank Rivera
Born and raised in Dallas, Frank Rivera was an overweight child. He was inspired to exceed his fitness goals when he saw Hulk Hogan body slam Andre the Giant for the first time. Ever since then he found his passion for fitness. After high school he began extensive training for the wrestling industry. He would spend 3 intended hours at the gym to get his physique into wrestling shape. He has been a semi pro wrestler ever since, and he found a calling to help others reach their fitness goals. Frank is determined to help others along their fitness journey; whether that journey is to lose weight, or gain muscle, he will keep you motivated and on track.
