Craig Frantz

Craig Frantz has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry.  He works with clients for sports conditioning, weight loss, functional or traditional training, core conditioning or body sculpting.  He is also certified as a medical exercise specialist.  Craig will help bridge the gap between health care and physical fitness.  If you have "issues with your tissues" or you want to shed a few pounds or tone up, see Craig!

Dimitrius Glenn

Dimitrius Glenn is a highly experienced Certified Coach/Trainer.  He is certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and the Nike SPARQ Training Network.  As a Fitness and Movement Coach, Dimitrius provides education to his clients about strength, cardio, movement, speed, agility, mobility, flexibility and basic nutrition.  He also offers guidance on reaching individual goals, self-accountability and ways to help track the individual's progress.  Dimitrius uses his expertise to help a huge spectrum of clients to increase their confidence, communication and strategic skills.  He works with clients who suffer from a wide variety of ailments as well as those that just want to gain greater health.

Arsha' Moore


Arsha' believes that mastering the basics allows you to learn and execute advanced exercises more safely and effectively.  With over 4 years of experience training individuals, Arsha' is confident in designing a simple, efficient program for you that can achieve lasting results.  His goal for you is to give you the tools to achieve a healthier lifestyle.  But it starts with positive energy, commitment and motivation.  When those three things are at work, there is no goal you cannot accomplish.  It won't be easy, but that's why you do it together.  If you are ready for a change and want to achieve and exceed your goals, he is ready to share his experience to help you get there.  Arsha' loves what he does and is passionate about bringing the best information to you.

Alicia Robinson


Life is busy, and as we age our health and wellness can take less priority in our lives.  It is important, regardless of issues from the past, to take steps to improve our strength so that we may meet the challenges that face us in day-to-day life.  Alicia will design workouts that will be based around your goals, current fitness level and anything else that may affect your training.  She will work closely with you to insure proper form and to make sure the exercises are challenging but not overwhelming.  Alicia enjoys working with people of all ages and helping each of her clients reach their goals.  There are always new ways to keep fitness fun and fresh.  It's all about embracing change and trying new things.  Alicia strives to inspire clients to challenge their bodies and reach their goals so they can live their best lives.

Gordon Sam


Gordon is a Native American originally from S.E. Oklahoma, a Heritage of Cherokee & Choctaw Tribe.  He has lived in Dallas for over 18 years and has made his living throughout the city in several fitness clubs.  Exercising for over 20 years, he made a commitment to himself to live a healthy life through proper nutrition and physical fitness.  A former employee of the YMCA, he made a choice to follow his passion for exercising and helping others and became a Certified Personal Trainer.  His fitness regimen involved weight training with cardio endurance and knowledge of the importance of meditation and relaxation through yoga and flexibility.  He also acquired an interest in becoming TRX certified.  He believes the combination of all three will result in a fulfillment in each person to reach their health goal.

Deana Spiotta


Deana has been an NASM certified personal trainer since 2014.  She was born and raised in Plano, TX.  For most of her life, she was a dancer but became interested in weight lifting when she started college.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Food Science in December 2013.  This is when her passion for nutrition began to grow and after college she enrolled in the UT Southwestern Masters of Clinical Nutrition Coordinated Program in order to become a registered dietitian.  Deana can provide nutrition counseling, particularly in areas of weight loss and chronic disease management and prevention.  She specializes in weight management, core stability training and strength training.  Her goal in life is to help others relieve stress and prevent chronic diseases through coaching them on how to live a healthy lifestyle that includes healthy eating, exercise and a positive state of mind.
