Carey Henderson


 

 For Carey, fitness is a lifestyle, whether it be

 exercising, healthy cooking, or enjoying other

 activities. She believes in surrounding yourself

 with 3 types of people: the inspired, the excited,

 and the grateful. With this in mind, Carey trains

 enthusiastically with various methods of training,

 including TRX, body weight, kettle bells, and

 medicine balls. In addition to personal training,

 she teaches indoor cycling, Jillian Michaels

 Bodyshred, and intense group exercise classes.

Christian Torres


 

 Besides being a Certified Exercise Physiologist,

 Christian is bilingual in Spanish and English. He

 enjoys martial arts, outdoor activities, and

 traveling. Christian’s passion for health and

 fitness is apparent in his eagerness to see his

 clients succeed in their training. His focus is on

 the entire body making sure that each training

 session uses the greatest amount of muscles

 possible to burn more calories and promote

 more weight loss.

Richard Fine


 

 Richard believes in empowering self-direction

 and embracing one’s individual wellness. In

 teaching his clients to be their own fitness

 coaches, Richard shows the importance of

 developing fitness as a way of life. Areas he

 is especially interested in our special populations,

 such as Diabetes, Obesity, Multiple Sclerosis, and

 Parkinson’s.

Jody McGee


 

Jody believes being fit has a positive effect on all

aspects of your life. With her lively personality, she

enthusiastically trains clients and creates a fun

environment for exercising.  With a bachelor's

degree in dietetics, she is quite knowledgeable in

health and wellness.  Her training style includes

core, strength training and over all fitness. Jody

also teaches the Senior Energy Class and

Nutritional Workshops.

Laurie Barrandey


 Laurie is an avid triathlete. In college she was an

 active member on the Triathlon Team at Tech and

 has been racing for over 5 years. She has

 competed in every distance of triathlons from

 sprints to Ironman. Laurie strives for excellence in

 her craft and has even qualified and completed the

 Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. In

 addition to being a triathlete, Laurie instructs

 various classes from cycling to active older adults.

 She is very passionate about her training and

 enjoys using various means to train which include

 TRX, free weights, stability balls and more.

Victor Blais


 Victor believes peak performance and good

 health are closely related. With a strong

 background in athletics, he believes in working

 hard but more importantly working smart. Victor

 tackles each person he works with differently to

 help them reach their optimal success. He places

 a large emphasis on compound lifting and

 strength training utilizing barbells, dumbbells, odd

 objects and various other means to bring about

 the highest level of personal development. Victor

 has a large interest in athletics and human

 diseases.
