Raising the bar

Our nationally certified personal trainers work to create a partnership with you to set realistic and achievable goals, and to design and individualized program that allows you to attain them. Your trainer will provide guidance and motivation through your 55-minute workout.




Personal Training Options:

Intro Package: 60 minute for new PT clients only, limit 1 package, 3 sessions
Individual Training: 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
Partner Training: Two people, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
Group Training: Three to Eight people using equipment under the supervision of a certified PT tailored specifically to the goals and needs of the group, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
