Vice President of Operations

Here is a little about me. I started working for the YMCA 26 years ago in a small town in Iowa. After several years of running Youth Sports, Adult Sports and Summer Day Camp, I moved to Dallas and worked as a Program Director at the Irving YMCA. I then accepted the Executive Director position in Abilene, where I worked for four years. After that I took a VP position in Arlington where I was fortunate enough to open a new building and renovate two others. I then moved to Houston for six years before returning back to the Dallas YMCA!

Senior Program Director

Stacie served as the Associate Director of Membership at the Town North Family YMCA for three years before accepting the position of Senior Program Director for the White Rock YMCA in March of 2010. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas and also served in the United States Marine Corps for seven years. She did not grow up near a YMCA but enjoyed participating in sports, fishing, hunting and camping at Lake McConaughy with her family in western Nebraska. Go Big Red and Semper Fi! 

Program Director

As a native of Quincy, Massachusetts, Linda grew up on the water and her first formal swimming lessons were at the Y! Her first job was teaching swimming at a YMCA camp on Cape Cod in 1978. During high school and college, she taught swimming, water skiing, and lifeguarded on the Cape.  Since then, she’s taught Physical Education and Health, and coached athletic teams mostly at independent schools in the northeast.  Linda moved to Dallas in 2006 and joined the YMCA at White Rock team in May of 2010. She holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and an M.A. from Columbia University.

Membership and Marketing Director

Prior to joining the team at the White Rock YMCA, Jeff served as Associate Membership Connector at the Town North Family YMCA, Membership & Operations Training Specialist for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, and Associate Director of Membership at the Park Cities YMCA.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas and graduated from Lake Highlands High School in Dallas.  He grew up participating in activities at the White Rock YMCA and summer camp at Camp T’sungani through the Town North YMCA.  Jeff plays rugby for the Dallas Rugby Football Club and is an avid waterfowl hunter.

Sports Director

My YMCA experience began in 2008 at the Waxahachie YMCA. While with Waxahachie, I served as a Summer Camp Site Director and Sports Coordinator. Academically, I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture from Texas A&M University. My passion is the outdoors and sports. I love to hunt, golf, and play racquetball and of course my Aggies. Thanks and Gig em!

Youth Development Director

Cassie began her YMCA experience as a lifeguard at the Michiana YMCA, in South Bend, IN in 1992 where she worked for 3 summers.  In 1998, Cassie started her first full time career with the Huntington YMCA, in Huntington IN as the Aquatics Director where she stayed for two years until taking a job with the Cole Center Family YMCA, in Kendallville, IN.  Cassie remained at the Cole Center family YMCA for 8 years until she and her husband Steve decided to move south to be closer to his parents.  In 2009 Cassie started as the Aquatics Director at the Plano YMCA in Legacy and then was transferred to the JER Chilton YMCA in Rockwall in 2011 where she worked again as the Aquatics Director then as the Senior Program Director overseeing Sports, Aquatics, Teens and Family Programs.  She joins the White Rock YMCA as the Teen Development Director.  Cassie holds a BS degree in English Secondary Education from Manchester College.  She and her husband have 4 children. 

Business Services Director

Felicity began her YMCA career in 2011 with Waxahachie YMCA before joining as the Business Services Director for White Rock YMCA. When she is away from the YMCA, Felicity enjoys fishing, motorcycling and travel, as well as volunteering in the community.

Membership and Program Administrator

Tommy began her YMCA career in 1985 as the Office Manager for the White Rock – Lake Highlands YMCA. She then accepted the position of Membership Secretary for the new White Rock YMCA in 2000 when it opened. Tommy has lived in the White Rock area since moving to Dallas in 1974.
