WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
OCTOBER 7TH - NOVEMBER 13TH
This 6-week program is designed to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, and includes small group training and group coaching discussions on how to overcome the various obstacles to losing weight.

- Weekly weigh-in - Group Support
- Healthy recipe handouts
- October 2nd is our first informational meeting and weigh-in
- Classes begin October7th and will meet:
- Wednesdays, 9:30 am - 10:30 am
- Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am
This program contains 12 total sessions and will be lead by Personal Trainer Sonia Flaherty.
