WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
OCTOBER 7TH - NOVEMBER 13TH 

This 6-week program is designed to help you lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle, and includes small group training and group coaching discussions on how to overcome the various obstacles to losing weight.

When:

  • October 2nd is our first informational meeting and weigh-in
  • Classes begin October7th and will meet:
    • Wednesdays, 9:30 am - 10:30 am
    • Fridays, 9:30am - 10:30am

Cost:  $288

This program contains 12 total sessions and will be lead by Personal Trainer Sonia Flaherty.
Space is limited to max of 6 participants.
