What are the responsibilities of a Navigator?

The Navigator is the leader of the Circle, this is similar to being a sports coach but even easier!  Because all activities include both the child and father, Navigators are almost always surrounded by plenty of “assistant coaches”.  In addition to setting the initial Circle roster, Navigators also help organize the logistics of Campouts and other Circle activities.  Finally, Navigators must attend bi-monthly Navigator meetings with the all of the other Navigators in the White Rock Nation.
