YMCA Member = $100
Non-YMCA Member = $150

Online Registration: Now through October 31st
Late Registration Fee begins November1st through November 22nd ($20 late fee added)
Games are played on Sundays (some makeup games possible on other weekday evenings)

What is Futsal?
Futsal is played on a hard-court basketball court separated by lines (walls and boards are not used). Futsal is played with a smaller, harder, low-bounce ball and players are required to wear tennis shoes (not cleats).
When are games?
Games are played on Sundays - participants are free to join other Y sports programs, as games will not overlap (some makeup games possible on other weekday evenings).

Kinder- 6th Grade
What are the divisions?
Division placement is based on grade for the 2020-2021 school year.
Kinder Boys & Girls,1st Grade Boys & Girls, 2nd/3rd Grade Boys & Girls, 4th/5th Grade Boys & Girls, and 6th/7th Grade Boys & Girls
If grade divisions do not have enough players per grade, we will combine grades to make divisions (i.e., 3rd/4th grade team).
How many players are on a team?
Teams will consist of 8-10 players. 1st grade and up will play 5 vs. 5.
How long are Futsal Games?
45 minutes typically
When and where is Futsal played?
Futsal is played during our Winter and Summer season. We use the Lake Highlands Family YMCA (8920 Stults Rd, Dallas, TX 75243) for Futsal Game locations.
When are Practices?
Practices are scheduled by YMCA Staff and practice scheduling depends on the best day, time and location for players on the team.
Practice request days and times are not guaranteed
What about Requests for Friends and Coaches on my child's team?
Friend and Coach requests accepted at the time of registration but not always guaranteed.
What is included in the Cost to play Futsal?
Rates Include Jersey, shorts and medal
How does my child's team earn a Medal?
Kindergarten - Everyone gets a medal
1st grade+ will have two weekend bracket tournaments with a guaranteed two games played. Medals or trophies awarded to First and Second teams in each of the multiple brackets.
"Help! I have not received email communication/do not know what team my child is on/do not know when my child's practices and games are."
YMCA Staff will send all communications through our sports management site PLAYERSPACE. All updates to rosters, schedules, weather activity and events will be posted to your team page. It is essential to download the PlayerSpace app to better receive push notifications.
If your coach is not sending messages to the team through PlayerSpace, he may be using personal communication methods such as group email, group text, or Groupme, so please make sure that the email and phone number you provide at registration is correct.
Notifications from PlayerSpace will be sent to the email address that you provided at registration. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list to ensure that you receive all notifications. If you believe that you are not receiving notifications, please check your junk/spam folders for emails from 'White Rock Sports Assocationemail@example.com.' There is also a chance that you may have opted out of our emails in previous sports and that is why you do not receive PlayerSpace communications. If this is the case, let our staff know so that we may opt you back in.

What is the Refund Policy?
The refund amount given back will be determined by the date the refund is requested
Limited exceptions for emergencies only.
Refunds/makeups/transfers are NOT available for individually missed games/practices.
7 days or less of Season start date - after First Game = No refund
8-14 days of Season start date = 50% refund minus $10 processing fee and $25 uniform fee
15-21 days of Season start date = 75% refund minus $10 processing fee and $25 uniform fee
22-30+ days of Season start date = 100% refund minus $10 processing fee
*All ONLINE registrations are held to this policy
