My goal is to help find a healthier you. I've lost over 130 lbs since joining the White Rock Y in April 2018, thanks in large part to the community of the Y. I need to pay that forward. I kept my weight in check playing sports until 25, then life happened. I was tired of waking up in pain and feeling bad. Whether you are at that point, want to get more fit, gain balance, etc, let's formulate a plan to get you healthier. Small steps add up.

I like functional movements that promote balance and stability, but workouts should be tailored to the individual to keep them working. Have fun but challenge yourself. Let's take small steps to find that healthier you.
