Water Exercise

Excellent for those suffering with joint conditions and for those who want to exercise using water and/or water buoys as resistance. Class is held at the shallow end. Low-impact workout that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, muscle toning, endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility at a moderate level.  Water shoes are recommended.

Aqua Fitness - Deep Water9:00am 60 min

Water Exercise

With no impact, this is a total body workout that includes cardiovascular endurance, strength and toning. This is a great fitness routine for both those wanting to build fitness and that are recovering from injury.
