Created by America’s Favorite Trainer, Jillian Michaels brings you her revolutionary, whole body, metabolic conditioning workout. This high intensity class will have you burning crazy amounts of calories and incinerating fat not only during the workout but hours after you've left the gym. Define muscle and condition for peak performance using Jillian's 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach – 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of core, all packed into a fresh and fun 30-minute workout.  Limited class space availability.

Cardio

A cardiovascular workout performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This class can be modified to all levels. Don’t forget your water and a towel.

SilverSneakers Classic (MSROM)10:30am 60 min

Active Older Adult

Designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living skills for our older adult members. Hand-held weights,elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Homeschool Fit Kids: 50 minutes of cardio and strength exercises, including warm-up and cool down for children ages 6-11 years old.  Also: Educational information on nutrition, muscle groups, etc. The morning class is open to the community.
