Master Swim builds strength, endurance, and technique. Our certified coach designs workouts to meet participants' needs for technique, endurance, and interval training. All swimmer levels are welcomed though participants should be prepared to swim multiple laps of the pool.

Low-impact workout that emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, muscle toning, endurance, balance, coordination, and flexibility at a moderate level.  Water shoes are recommended.
