A low-impact aerobic class with simple moves designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance. This class includes strength and flexibility training. Good for beginners and Active Older Adults.

Cardio and Strength

LES MILLS BODYPUMP is the original weights class that builds strength, tones your body andpushes you to the limit every time. It challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weightroomexercises like Squats, Presses, Lifts and Curls.  Limited class space availability.

A cardiovascular workout performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This class can be modified to all levels. Dumbbells and other equipment may be used in addition to your cycle workout. Don’t forget your water and a towel!

Active Older Adult

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living with other active older adult members. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Get Up & Go with an aerobics class for you – safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
