YMCA programs promote healthy lifestyles, strong families, and positive youth development which build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
Sports
Youth, Adult, & Angel League
Sports and fitness activities have always been at the core of YMCA programming. YMCA sports teach values and character building that can become the very foundation of a person's life.
Child Care
Kid's Club (Child Watch)
The purpose of this program is to provide our members' children, ages 3 months to 7 years, with a safe environment while parents work out.
Once a child reaches school age, multiple influences enter his or her life. YMCA After School ensures that the time after school is occupied creatively and constructively.
In addition to our traditional day camps, the YMCA offers two year-round camps, Camp Grady Spruce and Collin County Outdoor Education Camp.
Teens
The YMCA provides a safe place where teens can cultivate their interests, develop leadership skills and nurture their creative and athletic passions.
Swimming
YMCAs have been teaching people to swim for more than a century. In YMCA aquatics programs, children learn to be safe around water and they feel the sense of accomplishment that comes with learning something new.
