Suzanne Goswick, our Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer, has had a remarkable journey. Her career spans an impressive 32 years in the field of Human Resources. Suzanne's contributions have been invaluable, both within our organization and in her role as a Service Partner for the YMCA of the USA. She has shared her extensive HR knowledge with YMCAs nationwide, leaving an indelible mark on the HR community.

In her current role, Suzanne provides oversight and direction in the areas of human resources, leadership development, and DE&I for 16 branches and two residential camps within the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas. Her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our organization and its commitment to inclusivity, equity, and excellence.

Suzanne's educational background is a testament to her commitment to continuous learning. She holds a BS in Business Management and Ethics from Dallas Christian College. Her involvement in professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resources Management and as Chair for the YMCA CHRO Group and the Western CHRO Group showcase her dedication to her field.

Suzanne's strengths in employee relations, employment law, salary administration, organizational cultural behaviors, benefits, and payroll have played a pivotal role in making her the esteemed professional she is today. Her impact on the YMCA and the Human Resources community at large is immeasurable.
