Camp brings people together! There is no better time to experience some family bonding than around the holidays. Cabins are half price all weekends from December 21st until February 22nd, excluding January 19th.
Special activities include: The Polar Plunge Club, Hell's Gate Tours, Archery, Riflery, Guided Johnson's Peak Hikes, Wagon Rides, and Night Hikes!

For more than five decades YMCA Camp Grady Spruce has been known for its use as a Texas camping facility for group and family camp weekend fun. In addition to our professional staff and fine facilities, YMCA Camp Grady Spruce can provide custom camping or conference opportunities for Church Retreats, Family Campouts, Corporate Retreats, Reunions, Youth Groups and Specialty Groups.
Housing is in climate controlled cabins on the lake. Staffed activities (archery, riflery, canoeing, trips to Devil's Island) are provided, weather permitting. Food service, horseback riding, challenge course or other special activities may be arranged for an additional fee.
Camp Grady Spruce Conference, Retreat and Family Camp is available year round (except during summer resident camp) and is located on the lake facing the cliffs, including Hell’s Gate, the dramatic cliff formation that is Possum Kingdom Lake’s most famous landmark.
