Birthday Parties

Let us do the work - Celebrate your birthday at the Y! Parties are 2 hours in length: 1 hour 15 minutes at party activity and 45 minutes in the party room for presents, cake, games, and more.

LiveStrong

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a twelve-week fitness program designed for cancer survivors. This program is designed to provide physical and emotional support for cancer survivors during and after treatment protocols. Participants meet twice a week for twelve weeks.
