Any communication received over the weekend will be handled the following week. Cancellation: We require a two weeks' written notice using this link: YMCA Afterschool Cancellation Link . You will receive an email from our Customer Support team once it has been processed. No refunds are provided for payments made prior to the fulfillment of the two week notice. Bathroom independence is a prerequisite for all Childcare programs operating including Afterschool, Summer Camps, and Holiday Camps.

Q: Pricing and Discount Information

Pricing: You can view the pricing per location at the specific territory page HERE. Member vs Non-Member Pricing: Please note that for the discounted member rate, your child(ren) must be a YMCA member. This means that adult-only membership types would not benefit from the discounted youth programs. You would need a membership that includes dependents. Your child must also be a member during the weeks registered for the member pricing. Registration Fee: The Registration Fee of $100/child is due at the payment screen upon enrollment unless you sign up during one of our promotional weekends. For the 2025-26 school year, those weekends are May 2nd - 5th 2025 & July 11th - 14th 2025. During these weekends, the registration fee is discounted by 50%, making it $50/child. This fee, in full, is due at any other point of registration. Sibling Discount: Sibling Discount of flat $10 off any additional children after first child enrolled. ISD Employee Discount: District Employees in our partnered districts may qualify for an employee discount. The discount per district is listed on the specific territory information page HERE . Please email us from your campus-approved email address at tirzah.anderson@ymcadallas.org, and we will adjust your account for all future payments. *Please note, the district employee will need to be the primary parent(s) or guardian(s) of the child(ren). *Only 1 discount applies per registration, unable to combine discounts

YMCA Afterschool programs are conveniently located at your child’s school, no bussing involved! The districts and campuses we serve are listed HERE.

Once you’ve confirmed that our Afterschool program is available at your school, you can register to reserve your spot on our roster! Don't delay as spaces fill quickly.

Yes! Our school age programs are licensed by the Texas Department Family & Protective Services (TDFPS) and operate at a 1:15 staff to student ratio, well below the ratio of 1 to 26 required by the state of Texas.
