CHEERLEADING

The Grand Prairie Family YMCA cheerleading league is offering a limited time clinic. It is geared toward kids looking to cheer and dance, and develop strength, tactics, teamwork further, and most importantly, - HAVE FUN!

Program goals: Players will have fun while developing an appreciation for sports, learning cheers, dancing, routines and physical activity. They will practice skills while learning sportsmanship and teamwork.

Participants should register based on the calendar grade of the Fall 2023 to end of the Summer 2024 school year.

Camps/Clinic

Hosted by Dallas Baptist University Cheer & Dance Team - Participants will have the opportunity to be in DBU's homecoming parade on November 18.

Participants will learn cheers, dances, skills and other routines. At the end of the session, the participants will have a small showcase for their family and spectators.
