Our Flag Football program is offered in the fall and spring seasons for boys and girls. It encourages healthy competition rather than rivalry, the value of participating over winning, and team building over individual glorification. This program has no tryouts and everyone is welcome. Thanks to the YMCA’s and Flag Football rules, kids participate in every game and receive equal playing time, regardless of skill level. The YMCA’s volunteer coaches will emphasize skill development and most importantly, having fun!
Participants should register based on the calendar grade of Fall 2023 to end of Summer 2024 school year.

The NFL teams/jerseys are selected by the COACH ONLY. Players do not select their NFL team/jerseys.
Friend/Coach requests are accepted on registration forms but are not guaranteed. YMCA reserves the right to add any player(s) to a roster if necessary.
Coaches: Are volunteers that must register for a Criminal Background Check with Athlete Protection training. If you are interested in coaching please indicate so on your registration form and click on the link of Volunteer Coach on the left sidebar.
Itty Bitty NFL Flag Football League
The Pre-School Teams (Itty Bitty Flag Football) will have a 6-week season (all games).
