Swim Team at Moorland Family YMCA at Oak Cliff

Introduce your child to one of the most competitive and challenging sports around. Swimming!

Competitive swimming builds cardiovascular health, flexibility, muscle tone, and much more. Goal setting, confidence, and self-discipline are benefits.

Our swim team programs are designed to emphasize technique, endurance, sportsmanship, and most importantly, to have fun! To develop strong athletes, we believe that you must focus on more than just the physical aspect of training.

Swim meets are held offered during the Summer Leagues in the Dallas area.
