Personal Training Options

Intro Package: 60 minute for new PT clients only, limit 1 package, 3 sessions
Individual Training: 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
Partner Training: Two people, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions
Group Training: Three to Eight people using equipment under the supervision of a certified PT tailored specifically to the goals and needs of the group, 30 Minute or 60 minute, your choice of 4, 8, 12, or 24 sessions

Virtual Personal Training is a great resource we are excited to bring YMCA members so that you can continue to focus on your health from home! Virtual Personal Training is available to YMCA members only.
