Fun In the Sun Outdoor Day Camps

Our Outdoor camps provide youth ages 5-12 years old with activities that allow them to experience a variety of different adventures, teach core values, conflict resolution and leadership skills. Participants attend weekly field-trips and camps includes weekly swim time. 

This camp is perfect for kids that love the great outdoors. Campers spend at least 90% of the day engaging in outdoor activities.

Camp Chippewa Rates: $147.00 per week for YMCA Members. $179.00 per week for Non-Members.

($50 registration fee waived during Super Sign-up weekend Friday March 16th through Monday March 19th)

Camp on the Lake

Camp on the Lake is a premier waterfront day camp environment created just for kids. Camp on the Lake is located on Lake Lewisville and serves families in the Lewisville, Flower Mound, Frisco, Lake Highlands, Plano, Moody Family, Coppell and North Dallas area.

What makes Camp on the Lake especially unique is its location and ability to provide your child with a slew of summer camp activities that are usually exclusive to sleep-away camps. Your camper will enjoy activities such as Archery, Horseback Riding, Water Activities, Crafts and many more...all close to home!

Teen Camp

Teens (12+ to 15 years old) participate in a week-long camp. This high school summer camp is geared for middle school up to teens that just completed their 9th grade year. Teens must have completed 6th grade to be in the camp if they are twelve years old. Through differently weekly themes, teen campers will experience traditional camp activities along with interactive field trips, team-building skills, service projects, and character building all while having fun and meeting new people.
