Athletes In Training: 6 week program designed to increase agility, speed and strength to increase your athlete's performance.

Ages: 12-18 years old 

The Program:

  • 2 1-hour sessions per week with a certified Personal Trainer.
  • 6 weeks of training sessions

Start Date: May 9th

Last Day of Registration: May 2nd
