ATHLETES IN TRAINING

Athletes In Training: 6 week program designed to increase agility, speed and strength to increase your athlete's performance.

Ages: 9-17 years old 

The Program:

  • $25 per week
  • Two 1-hour sessions per week with a certified personal trainer
  • Days and times vary by the branch

 

Deadlines

  • Start Date June 5th
  • Last Date October 27th
