YMCA Afterschool Registration
To ensure the safety of your child in our after school programs, each location has an enrollment capacity that is determined by State Licensing Regulations and maintains a staff to child ratio of 1:15. Therefore, early after school care registration is strongly recommended. Registrations must be received by the designated deadline or will have a delayed start of one week.
Enrollment is taken on a first come, first served basis and does not “roll over” from the previous school year.
Enroll for 2016-17 After School Care Online (faster process, registration is instant)
- Download the after school care 2016-17 Enrollment Packet or the 2017-18 Enrollment Packet
- Read the School Age Services Parent Handbook.
- Complete and return the after school care Enrollment Packet via email or in person. If registering via email, a credit card authorization form should be faxed along with your enrollment documents.

Complete the after school care enrollment packet and bring it to the branch of your choice with your registration fee plus one week enrollment no later than the Wednesday before the week that your child will begin after school care. Credit cards, debit cards and pre-paid credit cards are accepted. Click here to find the location nearest you.
Affordable After School Care & Financial Assistance
While we try to make our after school care affordable for everyone, we understand that cost may be a barrier for some families and offer financial assistance through our Y For All Program if that is the case. If you know of a family that’s unable to afford but needs after school care, please contact our After School Care Services.
