Tryouts/Assessments Dates

*Please click the link to register for your assessment or to get additional information.

  • Monday - Wednesday May 20 thru May 22 between 5:30 and 7pm
  • Saturday, May 25 between 11am and 1pm
  • Tuesday - Wednesday May 28 thru May 29 between 5:30 and 7pm

Assessment/Tryout Registration


Preseason practice – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, May 15 through June 2
Regular season practice – Monday through Thursday, June 5 – July 21, 6:15am-8:15am

  • Black group 6:15am-7:15am | Green group 7:15am-8:15am

Age Groups – 10+ (black group) and 9 and under (green group)

  • Beginning swimmers will be required to swim a 25 yd freestyle & backstroke

Required equipment – swim suit (one-piece for girls, jammers for boys), goggles, cap
Team site to purchase equipment will be available to participants

Water Aerobics

Join our nationally-certified instructors in the pool for a fun and challenging workout. Work at your own ability level with the encouragement from friendly, welcoming classmates. High-energy, low-impact water aerobics in the water to improve strength, conditioning, and cardiovascular health.

FREE for Members

•Drop-in Classes

•No registration required

•All fitness levels

•Ages 10-14 may attend with parent/guardian.

•Ages 15+ may attend unaccompanied.
