Collin County Adventure Camp
Our Outdoor Education program is led by a group of passionate instructors and teachers and students tell us again and again they appreciate the experience that goes beyond traditional academics and prepares students for both formal and informal classroom assessments and state standardized testing.
“The Outdoor Education program at Collin County Adventure Camp has a tremendous impact on our 5th grade students and staff. During our stay, students build background knowledge using authentic and hands-on experiences that help teachers bring the wonder of nature and science to life inside the classroom. Not only is the outdoor curriculum tailored to the Science TEKS, but the social emotional well-being of our students is addressed over a fun-filled three day adventure. Our classes, camp activities and the time your class/school spends here can be tailored for any grade level. Programs include overnight stays and day trips, but our student campers love to stay overnight!
