In Kind Donations

Donated products and services play a vital and appreciated role in enhancing the Trot event experience. Companies and organizations can contribute by donating professional services, products, or a mix of cash and in-kind gifts to gain sponsorship recognition.

Specific Needs:

Advertising, Media
Banner Printing services
Box Truck Rental and/or shipping/moving services
Recycling/Waste Management services
Portable restrooms and handwashing stations
Graphic Design services (for print and digital advertising)
Trophies/Awards
Packaged snacks
Gift cards, tickets, or vouchers to be used as random finisher prizes
