Staying healthy past retirement is an important part of an older adult’s life. The Y offers a variety of programs to keep you moving and connected to friends and your community. Low impact exercise classes, bingo, line dancing, luncheons, day trips, and fashion shows are all part of the fun for our active seniors. YMCA Members: Join our Facebook Group to enjoy live streaming group exercise classes like yoga, strength, kickboxing, stretch, dance, and more, led by YMCA Instructors! Senior classes are also offered frequently throughout the week. Schedules will refresh weekly.
